Refund policy

At Hobby Fabric Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Initiating a Return: You have 21 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items purchased from our website, www.hobbyfabricstore.com. Please note that returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items. Hobby Fabric Store is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for the return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes fabric swatches, fabric sampler packs,  closeouts, clearance or custom-made items.
  • International Returns: International returns adhere to the same conditions as above; however, please note that any customs or duty fees imposed by your country's authority are non-refundable by us.
