Please note: Our merino wool fabrics are treated to be machine washable, making them easier to care for while still retaining many of the natural properties of merino wool, including its softness, warmth, and moisture-wicking abilities. However, superwash merino wool is much less prone to felting, and we do not suggest the use of our merino wool for projects that are intended to be felted.

Lovely color and such a delight to wear, but a bit transparent

The geranium color is beautiful and was just what I was looking for! The fabric was a delight to sew up on my serger. I was initially concerned about the slight transparency of the finished long sleeve t-shirt. I could see my bra through it (unless I switched to a pink/beige bra). I am also able to see my tattoos through the sleeves. I took this on a trip to Ireland along with my favorite wool sweater. I ended up wearing this shirt 4 of the 8 days without washing it. It was pure delight!
